Blue Collher was born out of real experience on the job. I’ve worked in blue-collar industries for over six years, starting right out of high school picking auto part orders in a three-story warehouse. From there, I earned my forklift operating license and everything changed...I found myself thriving in every corner of a busy distribution center, working both inbound and outbound posts. Today, I work in a tool and die shop as a brake press operator and die machinist.
After years in these fields, one thing became clear: women deserve better workwear. Too often, the options we have are just resized men’s clothes, never designed with us in mind. That struggle is what inspired Blue Collher.
In 2025, it’s time to rethink outdated notions about what women in blue-collar industries should wear and how we’re represented. Blue Collher is here to provide apparel that’s built for the demands of the job while recognizing the strength, skill, and style of the women who do it.
This is more than clothing...it’s a statement that the future of workwear includes women, designed by someone who’s been in your boots and on the floor right beside you.
